Therapeutic Biography
Creating a family or adapting to new additions to your family can feel equally exciting and challenging. During these life transitions it can feel overwhelming and reaching out for support is a great step towards positive mental health for you and your family. I want to provide a safe space to process and cope with all of the obstacles that fertility and parenthood has to offer. Our time together can allow an outlet for you to share your experiences to someone with a compassionate ear. As someone who has struggled with infertility, I am very passionate about supporting others who are experiencing a difficult journey to parenthood.Â
I welcome you to bring your struggles and grief to therapy so that we can work as a team to use connection as a way to improve well being. By using researched based methods and tailoring our sessions to your individual needs, my hope is to help you grow in ways that feel happy and healthy. I look forward to speaking with you soon.Â
