I've spent the last 20 years working with non-profits and labor unions advocating for social change and social justice. During that time I also helped start and manage businesses including non-profits and schools.

My work as a labor-side representative through academic labor unions has given me insight on ethical business practices and how best to ensure a business grows while ensuring each worker has autonomy and dignity and the tools to succeed.

My goal at Simply Mindful Counseling is to ensure that we create a workplace that is patient-centered through structurally supporting our partnering therapists.
